quickly and completely take care of customers' vehicles. Ryland's philosophy is to provide
his technicians with the best training, equipment, and parts to expertly repair all models.
Over the years Ryland’s purchased tools and parts from three closed Porsche/Audi
dealerships, including Brumos Atlanta, where Ryland was a factory-trained technician for
10 years. While these dealerships didn’t survive, Ryland’s has thrived since 1989.
More important than all the training and tools, however, are Ryland’s customers, many of
whom know Ryland and Debbie personally, and have watched their children grow up. At
Ryland’s, everyone is treated like family, with honesty and respect.
Training + Tools + Parts = Better Service
Not only is Ryland factory-trained by Porsche, Audi, and VW, but all of his technicians
adhere to factory repair standards, and use only manufacturer-approved parts. Ryland's
Porsche library includes complete sets of manuals for nearly every model produced, along
with every update since 1976. From the smallest wiring harness clip to a complete engine,
when your car leaves the shop, it contains the same parts as when it left the factory.
Parts and labor are guaranteed for 12 months, with unlimited mileage.
The willingness to invest in expensive diagnostic and repair tools enables Ryland's to
handle nearly all work in-house. In fact, many other local shops often borrow tools,
making their customers wait for repairs while they travel to Ryland's to pick up what they
need. Some testing gear can't be removed from the shop, so other technicians must drive
their customers’ cars to Ryland's. Ryland's investment philosophy saves his customers
time, expense, and mileage.
Ryland’s unit room (engine room) is well-stocked with everything needed to perform nearly
any task, from basic overhauls to full race buildups. Engine reliability is legendary.
Indeed, a Ryland's-powered (and Ryland co-piloted) Porsche 944 won its class at the
2003 12 Hours of Homestead endurance race, and finished second in 2004.
Fair Rates
The prevalence of automobile computer systems means shops must invest in expensive diagnostic
equipment, and the labor rates reflect this tremendous cost. Some shops merely raise their
rates to match the competition, without offering comparable services. Not Ryland's. It puts
money back into training, parts, and tools. Others may be cheaper, but no other shop offers
